Cuvée de Réserve Brut
This cuvée is the reflection of our terroir, a small enclave of Chardonnays in the middle of the Pinot Noirs. A traditional cuvée with a dominant of Chardonnays and a touch of Pinot Noir. The assembly with 20% reserve wines from a solera allows us to keep a constant quality from one year to the next. quality from one year to the next. The whole is harmonious, perfectly balanced, between the freshness of Chardonnay and the fruity note of Pinot Noir. fruity note of the Pinot Noir. A very round champagne, ideal for the aperitif.
Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Brut
Vinified alone, the Chardonnay takes all its dimension and gives a champagne combining elegance and delicacy. A vivacity always present brings a pleasant freshness, subtle aromas of yellow flowers and of yellow flowers and citrus fruits. Will go very well with a shellfish stew or oysters.
Cuvée des Neigettes Brut
Cuvée elaborated from a single plot of land under grass. Beautiful springtime notes of white flowers. Champagne with a superb mineral length combining acidity, strength and freshness. 100 % Chardonnay. To be served with the best shellfish and line fish.
Cuvée Millésimée 2006
Presented in a prestige bottle, this vintage cuvée, made only from only from the Chardonnay grape variety, is a delight of finesse and and intensity. A complex, intense champagne that will satisfy lovers of great chardonnays. In the mouth, acidulous sensation and hazelnut perfume characteristic of well matured Chardonnays. Cuvée de Réserve Extra-Dry
This cuvée is halfway between the Brut and the Demi-sec. A champagne, excellent with desserts.
Cuvée de Réserve Demi-Sec
This champagne, richer in sugar, will be the perfect accompaniment to your foies gras and all your desserts.
